Single Instance

I am running the multi-app v2 lockdown in trial mode with Windows 7 & MS Office 2007. I am running MS Word and have the single instance checked but it opens multiple documents when I open a new document.

Yes, for applications that open multiple instances of an application, this feature will not work well. You may want to consider Enabling the Windows Task bar in Secure Lockdown so that users can see and open minimized docs.
