Lockdown - Browser Reset not Returning Home

Hello. I am using Inteset Secure Lockdown™
ver. 2.0
Chrome Edition

I have set the browser reset tab to return home after one minute of inactivity.

However, instead of returning home after one minute, my entire browser just freezes up on the page it was last on and won't allow me to click on anything at all. I have to restart and disable the program to do anything.

Does anybody know why this would be happening?

I would like to purchase this project but this is one of two issues I am having that if I can't resolve I need to find something else.

Does this behavior happen the first time it tries to return home, or does it take some time to occur? Please be sure you're using the latest build of Secure Lockdown - Chrome Edition (currently 2.00.106). You can find the Build number within the About tab.

this occurs the very first time it times out, no matter what...

and yes I have the latest version. it is 2.00.106

please let me know what you can asap as I would like to use this product. otherwise i will have to look for something else.

We cannot reproduce this issue. Can you provide the URL of the homepage site? Also, it would help if you sent the Chrome Preference file to techsupport@inteset.com. That file is located here:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
