Hi!

I am running Inteset Secure Lockdown version 2.00.102 on six computers.  Two of them are experiencing random crashes with the exception code being 0xc0000005 and the faulting module is given as a system file, ole32.dll, d3d9.dll and dwrite.dll.

The master programs are fairly simple.  Each system that had a crash had a partner system running Inteset and the exact same program without crashing.

I have run mdsched.exe and no memory errors were detected.

Do you have any insight into this problem?

Also, inteset shows the error message on the screen in a little dialog box.  It does not restart the master program until someone responds to the dialogue.

Try running Secure Lockdown with the No Desktop option disabled.

The "No Desktop" option was never enabled.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks!
