google chrome lockdown prevents requests to server

I tried the software but even with no lock down items at all are checked I get an error when the site tries to load a map
"your admin has blocked access to this web page check chrome://policy (this is also blocked)"
Our webpage works fine  when lock down is disabled. I would like to use this software but cannot with this problem

Are you using the "Allowed Sites" feature? If not, make sure that the feature is disabled.
