Long initialization time and restart failure

I have Inteset Secure Lockdown v.2 installed on six Windows 7 machines.  On two of those machines I've noticed that it takes a very long time for inteset to start up.  (From double clicking the short cut on the desktop to getting the popup message telling me to use Alt-Shift-S.)  Then sometimes when I enable it and tell it to restart the computer it hangs.  I get a message saying the computer can't restart because it is waiting for two programs to close and those two programs are both Inteset Secure Lockdown.  

Any thoughts?

This sounds like a memory resource issue. Please ensure there is appropriate memory on the units. You can also increase the systems Page file to reduce the likelihood of a memory problem.

Actually, all the units are identical.  And I still see a long delay between clicking on Inteset Secure Lockdown and getting the popup about it running in the background, use Alt-Shift-S.

Did you increase the Windows page file size or memory on the systems?
