Tried using IE lockdown but two exact same computers same settings one will let us click on links the other will not

What is crashing, Chrome or Secure Lockdown? If Secure Lockdown, make sure you have installed the latest release of the software. You can also delete the following Registry key and try again:

HKCU\Software\Inteset\Secure Lockdown\
