Circle Docks crashes (Windows 8.1)

On a Dell Venue 8 Pro 5000, I am getting an error when I select the [Configure] button with the bullet on Circle Dock.  The prompt I receive says "Circle Dock has stopped working".  I have copy/pasted the error from the Windows Application log.  This device does not have Antivirus installed.  It is running Windows 8.1 with the latest patches.  I have rebooted numerous times and have tried uninstalling/re-installing IntesetSecureLockdown_v2_MAE as well.

I do not have this problem on a Dell XPS 18 tablet that I have been testing as well.

Uninstall Secure Lockdown, delete the "C:\program files\inteset\secure Lockdown\" folder, then reinstall Secure Lockdown.

Try creating a new admin Windows account and run Secure Lockdown under that account. It seems there is some corruption.

I created a new Local Administrator called testing.  Circle Dock still crashes in the same manner.

I just noticed that the Dell XPS 18 that is working correctly is 64-bit and the Dell Venue 8 Pro 5000 (Circle Dock is crashing)is 32-bit.  Thought I'd mention that in case it matters.

2. Uninstall Secure Lockdown - MAE
3. Delete the "C:\Program Files\Inteset\Secure Lockdown - MAE" folder
4. Delete the following Windows Registry key: HKCU\Software\Inteset\SecureLockdown_v2_MA
5. Install the downloaded Secure Lockdown

Anymore troubleshooting you can suggest?  We are hoping to install this on at least 40 of these Dell Venue 8 tablets.

Currently, we are attempting to reproduce the issue. Thus far, we are not able to, so there must be some unique situation on that device. Although we do not have the "Dell Venue 8" to test on, we do know that several of our customers are using Secure Lockdown - MAE on the Venue. We will keep you posted of any findings or further suggestions. Is this running a 32bit OS or 64bit?
