We have multiple Inteset Secure Lockdown v2 - Multi Application Edition lic running on Windows 7 machines. Today I just got done setting two up on 8.1. For some reason our software running in the background can not see the mapped drive when locked down. "No Local Drives" is not checked. Any idea on how to fix?

Is your software running in the background reporting an error? If so, what is the error?

It's not. We use a mapped drive to store and host our images for our Point of sale system. When not locked, the images are displayed. When locked down, the images are missing. Acting like the mapped drive isn't there.

Check the Windows Application Event log to see if your POS app reports anything there.

That's an Intel Video driver...

Can you ask the support of the POS system what would cause the images not to show up? It may be a permissions issue unrelated to Secure Lockdown. Secure Lockdown doesn't block application access to folders or drives.
