Unable to type € and @ characters

Hello,

I have installed Secure Lockdown Internet Explorer Edition v2 on Windows 8 and I am unable to type a @ or € character in Internet Explorer when the 'No System Keys' restriction has been enabled.
The only way I got this working is to leave this restriction unchecked, but for security I prefer to have the system keys disabled.

We are not seeing this issue. Are you using a virtual or physical keyboard?

The problem is occurring with both the physical and virtual keyboard. When accessing Secure Lockdown to enter the unlock password, it is possible to enter a @ or € character. But in Internet Explorer it is not accepted.
I am using a German keyboard configuration. The operating system is an English Windows 8 with IE10 and German language pack installed.
