Re-Installing after Computer Rebuild

We had to rebuild the 2 computers that we had licenses for this software on and forgot to 'release' it so now we cannot re-install it. How do we get the software to reset the multi Application licenses that we have so that we can re-install? Thanks

I have tried to contact tech support as you suggested ... no response and now I am going to have to buy new software as my trial is expiring
