Dell Backup and Recovery Dialogue appears

I have several Dell computers that are supposed to be locked down with Inteset.  When I saw them today, two of them were displaying the "Dell Backup and Recovery" dialogues and one was showing an error message.  I thought Secure Lockdown was supposed to suppress alerts and dialogues not associated with the master program?  Is there a setting I am missing?

Secure Lockdown does not suppress alerts that are produced by third party background services. You will need to disable those features for any program you have running running in the background such as the Dell Backup and Recovery service.
