Problem with Dongle

Hi

Since I activated secure lockdown MAE, the dongle I need for my software is quite often -  but not always - not recognized. I did not activate the 'no USB Drive'

Quite annoying for a workstation in unattended working mode.

Is there something I should consider with dongles?

If you install the dongle in a specific USB port, the drivers will install for that port. It should then be available consistently on that port after Secure Lockdown is enabled. This applies when the System Lockdown > Machine Level > No USB Drives option is enabled.
