Open IE in modern UI

I have Secure Lockdown v2 - Internet Explorer edition

How i can make open automatically Modern UI Internet Explorer version, NOT desktop version?

I have touch screen Windows 8.0, and in desktop version keyboard is always on or off, not pop up when it´s needed. I see in Modern UI touch screen keyboard will pop up as needed. Please help

Secure Lockdown - IE Edition does not support the Modern UI interface. You can use the included On-screen Keyboard Helper utility, or switch to Secure Lockdown - Chrome Edition which does support the Windows onscreen keyboard functionality.
