Lockdown and widgets

Hello..I am locking down laptops to kiosk mode, what is the best way to get a battery widget to sit on top of the main window that they are using? we have a web portal that they log into and that is all I want them to see..but I would like to add a hovering battery widget to the bottom right corner of the screen..is that possible?

Anyone?

I found Rainmeter that works on Windows 10 to add a battery meter with everything locked down using keep on top utility.
