getting message, "Task manager has been disabled by your adminstrator"

Running standard v2, after user login, system displays a message saying the Task manager has been disabled by your administrator.

How do I allow task manager to run.

Note: I have added it to the list of background apps and selected enable.

Does your application require the Task Manager to be displayed?...

Be default, Secure Lockdown disables the Task Manager when enabled. If you want to allow the feature, you can create a registry entry that will allow it. Please request the Secure Lockdown - Administrative Guide from techsupport@inteset.com, then refer to the "Secure Lockdown Hidden Features" section and the Enable Task Manager option.
