can't disable alt + tab

Hello,

We have a windows console application configured as the master program.  The app starts two programs, monitors their status, and reacts accordingly(restarts program1, stops program 2 if program 1 has stopped...then starts 1 and 2, writes to history logs, etc).

No matter what we try, we cannot disable alt + tab.

Note: We have the box checked at /System Lockdown/Local Level/No System Keys/No Alt + Tab

Please advise what we should try next.

Thank you !

What OS are you using? Try checking the No Desktop option.

Hello,

We are running Windows 7 Profession SP1.  "No Desktop" was/is(has always been) selected.

I can send you a copy of the bac file if you would like me to do so.

Thanks !

Does the PC have any manufacturer utilities running that might provide the Alt-Tab function. This issue cannot be reproduced (build 2.00.110). Also, be sure you're running the latest software. You can download it from our website.

Hello,

Upgraded to 2.0.110, still see the problem.

Our program does not enable alt + tab.  I am unable to determine if the alt + tab keys are "enabled" by the other programs.  Would you like to open a join.me session to poke around ?  Also, I can send the .bac file to you if you want to review how lockdown is configured.  Just let me know.

Try running Secure Lockdown on another computer and see if the Alt+Tab is disabled. What about At+ESC, Alt-F4, Ctrl+Esc? Are those key sequences blocked when Secure Lockdown is enabled?
