Wrong User Account Lockdown

I am testing the software "Inteset Secure Lockdown v2 - Internet Explorer Edition" on windows 8, and something odd is occurring.

I have two accounts, admin and student - obviously student is the account that I want locked down but after installing the software and configuring - only the admin account is locked.

Anyone know why / how this is occurring?

I have installed the app using the student account with admin rights - and nothing..

HELP!

You must lock down a admin accounts only. If you issued "Run as administrator" to start Secure Lockdown under the Student Standard User account, Secure Lockdown will lock down many aspects the the administrator you "Ran as...". This is not how Secure Lockdown should be enabled.

The Student account must be an administrator account. Then under the Student account, run Secure Lockdown normally (do not right-click and select "Run as administrator"). Note that Secure Lockdown, when enabled, will restrict (lock down) the Student account so that it is much more restricted than even a Standard User account.

I tested it and it works; just seems weird to allow "admin" access to an account that needs to be locked down..

But oh well; which is why I am testing...
