Google recently added the ability for multiple user profiles in Chrome. In addition they added a "User Button" in the Chrome title bar on the top right corner. This button contains unwanted features for most kiosk setups like the ability to add users, switch users and enable Guest Mode.
You can easily remove access to the User button by doing the following:
1.) type "chrome://flags" in the address bar to bring up the Chrome configuration options.
2.) disable the "Enable the new avatar menu" feature found a bit more than half way down the page.
