Alt-Shift-S not bringing up dialogue box

I have used inteset in many programs before.  I have never had this happen.

I connect my keyboard and mouse and press Alt-Shift-S and I do not get the dialogue box.

Also, I have seen the computer restart (via the task scheduler) and, when it restarts it does not detect the monitor properly.  It thinks the monitor is a generic PnP at 640x480 resolution.  As a result, my program is 75% offscreen.  The computer does have a separate graphics card that it is using.   I never saw this problem before enabling inteset.

Help.  I have to ship this ASAP.

Do you have anti-virus software running on the system? If so, you will need to add an exception rule for the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Inteset\Secure Lockdown\IntesetSecureLockdownV2.exe" executable. Regarding the resolution issue, try disabling the System Lockdown > Local Level > No Desktop option if it is enabled. It's possible that option could disrupt the resolution configuration on some systems.
