Possible chrome software purchase

I am looking to purchase this software, I have a few questions though. I would like chrome to autostart to a certain page. I don't see that setting. I also haven't figured out how to actually launch the program.

Those settings are configured in the Chrome browser Settings page before locking down the system. Your best Secure Lockdown option for the Chrome browser is to use Secure Lockdown - Chrome Edition.
