Remote access provides access to windows, start, keyboard and various other buttons, is this also locked out.? (if required)

Can i still access remotely (admin) access windows to change the application if required.?

Can the operators still control the process from within the application (Siemens WinCC) with remote and local access.?

Yes, you can control the system via remote management software. Basically, you will have the same capabilities that you would if you were local to the system. You can also define scripts to run provided your remote management software has that capability. If you need access to specific Windows tools such as the Windows Registry, Updates, the Task Manager, etc, you'll need to set up Secure Lockdown to allow those features. See the Secure Lockdown Hidden Features section of the Administrator Guide to learn more.
