Access violation for 'Inteset Secure Lockdown v2 - Internet Explorer Edition'

I'm trying out 'Inteset Secure Lockdown v2 - Internet Explorer Edition' Actually the following error also happens for the 'Inteset Secure Lockdown v2 - Chrome Edition'

Upon enabling the product (thus logging off and logging in), I get the following message (before seeing anything else, for an example the splash screen for Secure Lockdown)

"Access violation at address 000...0005A5388 in module 'InstallServices.exe'. Read of address 00000...000". There were an awfull lot of 0's, and I didn't bother to count them, hence the "..." between the 0's

The PC is running Windows 8.1, fully updated. I first tried with at lot of restictions enabled, then uninstalled (with Revo Uninstaller / Advanced mode), and installed 'Inteset Secure Lockdown v2 - Chrome Edition'. This time trying out with as few restrictions as possible - samme problem!

FYI, on another Windows 8.1 computer I have a fully functioning (and licensed) version of 'Inteset Secure Lockdown v2'. Never encountered the problem there, despite a lot of testing of different configurations - I'm really quite happy with the product, compared to Kioware Lite.

Please let me know what to do

Please email the Secure Lockdown settings file to techsupport@inteset.com. You can generate a settings file by going to the Help > Export/Import section of the utility.
