Secure Lockdown crashes weekly!

I have two XP Pro computers using Secure Lockdown V2 which I purchased 11-12-14, and on both computers (which are running only FireFox and a print driver) the sofware crashes weekly. The message is "Secure Lockdown has stopped working", and the detail is listed below.

This a real problem because the computers (kiosks) are left in a state where I cannot remotely restart them because they are still locked-down. But Secure Lockdown is not running either so I cannot unlock them. I have to have someone go to each kiosk and manually power cycle it!

Are the systems running the most recent release of Secure Lockdown (2.00.117)? This information can be found in the Help > About tab

The version is 2.00.108. Has the newest version addressed stability issues?

Not directly. You may want to monitor system resources (ie: memory utilization) to see if there is a buildup somewhere. If you update to the latest release, you could send techsupport@inteset.com your settings file (go to: Help > Export / Import) that will help determine possible issues. Also, the Windows Application Event logs may give more detail to the error you provided.
