Debugging Page?

I'm using secure lockdown for IE in KIOSK mode.

I'm attempting to run a web page that loads a Java plugin. I'm prompted to load the plugin (and I assume it loads fine). I've added Java to the allowed programs as well. Anyways, the page never completes loading. I've even tried refreshing without success. There is a "spinner" that is constantly going at the center of the page.

Is there any way to pull up the developer tools so that I can see what is going on? Secure Lockdown is definitely breaking something on my site.
