Still waiting for my Activation Keys

I have purchased 2 x licenses of Inteset Secure Lock for Google Chrome on the 2nd of July. The money has been charged on my VISA card.

But I'm still waiting for activation keys!!! I really need them now. My client has been waiting for a week.

How come no one is answering my questions? I have been waiting for a while. I got charged straight away but still no keys!!!!

Please be sure to check your junk mail folder. Also, you can access your order and license key information anytime by logging into your account and going to the My Account > Manage Licenses page on our website.

Last week I deactivated Inteset Secure Lockdown v2 licenses from 23 Nos. of our retired Dell Lab PCs.  I had lost 1 Nos Secure Lockdown v2 Inteset license in 2013 due to a HD failure (was unable to recover the license).  We have assembled 23 Nos of new Lab PCs to replace the retired ones.  I have installed Win 8.1 O/S (host) on four test PCs with Inteset Secure Lockdown v2 (latest build) licenses activated on three of them.  However, the 'My Account -Mange Licenses' web page shows that I have 6 activated instead of 4 (three plus the one I had lost in 2013) on the order #3881 row.  Would you please resolve the above issue (including the lost one too!) for me.  TIA and I would greatly appreciate your prompt response.  Please help!  Regards,

Hi Admin,
Inteset Secure Lockdown v2 (latest build) splash screen is displayed after I applied the Win 8.1 (host) updates and restarted the second test PC this morning.  Note: Inteset License was activated last month on this test PC.  What could have caused this anomaly/problem?  Also, please deactivate one license as I am forced to re-activate it on the second test PC one more time.  TIA for your prompt response.  Regards,
