Any Ways to Bypass Secure Lockdown and go to Desktop as normal working mood ?

Recently the Company that i'm working  purchased  Secure Lockdown v2 Standard Edition for 5 kiosk machines. We locked it and somehow one of user's able to crack it down without the password. Is there any way to Bypass Secure Lockdown with VB Script (Pen Drive Bootable) ??? What are the changes do we have to change in Secure Lockdown Settings? And also  our Kiosk machine's touch got Stuck Sometims when it on Lockdown Mood... Any Solution for these Problems?

Please make sure you're running the latest release of Secure Lockdown. There have been many improvements that will prevent someone from circumventing lockdown mode.

Regarding the Touch issue, what OS are you using? Some manufacturers touch drivers don't work well with Secure Lockdown in Windows 7. If Windows 7, you can disable the Secure Lockdown features that cause the issue (see the Administrative Guide to learn how).
