Run .batch script task in Background

Hello guys,

I´ve installed Secure Lockdown for some library service software. This library software is ment to run all the time.

My Question is, if secure lockdown blocks the function of a .bat script which is intregated in the Windows Tasks and has to run every hour, to syncronize the library data with the web-interface. Or is there a function of secure lockdown I have to enable/disable?
