We have a device that doesn't appear under manage devices. We know its not the connection as the activation count has gone down and another three devices do appear here fine.
The only difference between the three working devices and this one is that the license for the fourth device was purchased separately to the working three and the device is Windows 10 where the three that are working are Windows 7.
I have tried reinstalling the software and disabling the windows firewall with no success.
