We have quite a number of licenses for your lockdown software on our machines, as such we have a register of which licenses are tied to which machine.For some reason, the number of licenses keys on your website and number of licenses on our register don't match. Can you help us get the missing license keys onto our account. We are able to provide your with a schedule of the license key on our register, if this would help.
One license in particular has 14 activations (that have all been used to activate the software), however the license key doesn't appear in our license manager on the account.
On an semi-unrelated note, we have also had to forcibly reinstall windows on a machine without deactivating the license first, is there anyway we can get this license back?
