Trial Mode vs Activated Mode

I am currently testing out the IE Lockdown version.  When rebooting to turn on the program, I am getting a splash screen that required me to run in trial mode.  If using the fully activated product, does the user still see this screen or does it just run the program?

No. The Splash screen does not display once the product is activated.
