Black Screen, please help

Hi, I have activated the Secure Lock down however when pressing ALT+SHIFT+S nothing pops up on the screen to disable the software. Also no keys work either we are running Windows Vista.

This may happen if you have antivirus software running without creating an exception for Secure Lockdown. Please see the following forum topic:

Hi, I see, however I did not have a second admin account.

I have just re-installed vista business 32bit anyway however the the program will not run I have tried running as admin etc but still no luck,

Hi, Sorry I mean I have not even installed the software as when I double click or right click "Run as Admin" nothing happens.

It needs to be installed under an administrator account directly (not Run as...)

Hi, I can confirm the account is an admin as their is only one account on the system, but still no luck Ive tried everything,
