Secure Lockdown v2 - Could not fully enable Secure Lockdown

We are selling a system running Secure Lockdown v2.  We never had any issue while testing it here but now the customer reported the following error when trying to enable Lockdown:

"Could not fully enable Secure Lockdown. Ensure that you are logged on with administrator rights. Error: Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation."

The same error occurs on 2 different administrator accounts.  An antivirus software have been installed upon delivery of the system.  Could that error be a symptom of the antivirus software interfering with Secure Lockdown ?

Yes, it is very likely the anti-virus is preventing SL from completing its operations. Try creating an exception rule for the SL exe ("IntesetSecureLockdownV2.exe") in the anti-virus application.
