Disable browser resize on kiosk using Secure Lockdown

We are using Secure Lockdown.  We need to disable browser resizing when the user pinches or drags on the screen.  How can we do this?

That would be a function of the touchscreen drivers made by the manufacturer of the computer. There is usually some kind of manufacturer specific touch control UI in the Windows Control Panel. It may have the option you are looking for.
