Home page installs a printing script on website login. Does not work with Secure Lockdown running.
I get prompts to install but installation always fails.
It works fine with Secure Lockdown disabled.

What options do you have checked in Secure Lockdown under the Customizations tab? Be sure that the "No Downloads" is not checked. Is there a way you could have the script permanently installed so it does not have to be downloaded each time?

This is the same issue I am having. I have the script installed on IE and it works fine using my user account for the site without the SL running. As soon as I run SL, even with the "no downloads" unchecked to allow downloads, the script wants to reinstall and cant because of the SL app.

If you have any suggestions that would be appreciated.

This issue was caused by a bug in Secure Lockdown where on Windows 7 64bit, there are two versions of Internet Explorer. Secure Lockdown was launching the none-default version. This issue has been fixed. and is posted on the shop.inteset.com website.
