I have two admin accounts on a computer that has been locked down for a couple months. There is a 60 second delay from when the computer is booted up and IE comes up (which is the Master application). Both accounts are slow to bring up the program as well (meaning if I disable, log off and back on and run the program it takes 60 seconds before the screen comes up saying press Alt+Shift+S. There are no startup programs. Everything else loads fast. Thoughts?
