Hi,

is it possible to unlock a secure lockdown computer over a teamviewer connection?
We need to service the systems remotely.

Yes, it is.

Any idea on how to do this? We'v tried with the teamviewer option "send keyboard commands" on and off.
we don't get the remote pc unlocked, any tips are appreciated.

We have found that the TeamViewer > Actions > "Send key combinations" option must be selected, then TeamViewer (or the whole system) must be restarted before it will work. Once this setting is on when TeamViewer starts, the key combinations will work during subsequent remote sessions.
