Using the included on screen keyboard with a surface tablet, locked down to 1 IE site.

I cannot get the keyboard to display when using the secure lockdown product with my configuration. I need to have the desktop locked and I suspect this is the problem. Any suggestions, besides using a third party keyboard.

IE is not designed to invoke the Windows on-screen keyboard. You will need to use the included On-Screen Keyboard Helper app (must use the "Windows Tablet PC" type keyboard), or a 3rd party keyboard like Hot Virtual Keyboard. Ironically, Chrome does support the Windows on-screen keyboard if you want to switch to that browser instead.

I do use the included helper with tablet board checked, it will not display when lock down is enabled, I have one healthcare website as master app, maximized, always on.

I had to use a third party, comfort virtual keyboard, and was able to use osk within my locked down Internet Explorer.
