Problem after installing updates on Windows 10

Yesterday, the following updates were installed on two Windows 10 computers that have Secure Lockdown (Chrome Ed.) KB3140768 and KB3142588.  After the computers rebooted, Secure Lockdown opens up asking to be activated with -1 days in the trial with Registration Status: Trial.  How do I get this fixed?  I am unable to use the existing product key because it shows the licenses as being in use.  I have no way to deactivate the license on either computer.
