Home button missing from IE window

I'm running IE 11
Lockdown version 2.0 (build 2.00.133)

When I do not have Lockdown enabled, on the far right-hand side of my IE menu bar, i have a Home, Favorites and Tools icon.

When I enable lockdown, those three items go away.

On the Layout Options tab, the only box that is checked is Keep IE Maximized.  

Any ideas why it's taking away my Home, Favorites and Tools buttons?

Those items are removed because as a group (cant be separated) they expose areas of IE that allow access to undesired areas. If you need access to Favorites, you can expose that separately. The home button can be exposed via the Command bar.
